Throughout recent history, Israel and Palestine have been in conflict and many times have been at war. Early last decade, Israel and Palestine had a conflict that ended in an all out war. Now it seems possible that this is on the brink of happening again. Palestinian Militants have been attacking Israelis by having suicide bombers go into a crowded area and set off a bomb of some kind. After these incidents, the Israelis counter attack, but recently, after a Passover suicide bombing, the Israeli response has been intense. Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat, the leader of the Palestinian people, has been isolated to one floor of his compound after the Israeli military decided to take its response serious. The Israelis are in the process of destroying the Palestinian Militant’s ability to make terror, and the Palestinians are yelling foul. Because of this calling foul, the Arab community is calling for a stop to Israel’s actions while the U. S. formally understands Israel’s actions. All of the Arab nations have already denied the U. S. their permission to do anything in Iraq, therefore making our foreign relations very touchy. The Arab nations may also even consider attacking Israel if they do not stop their siege on the Palestinian Terror Network, even though the Israelis have clearly stated that they will leave the Palestinians alone after their mission is completed. One may ask what we are doing during all of this, well, it isn’t much. This is an extremely touchy situation, the Arabs are even contemplating cutting off all oil supply, and yet we aren’t using our full political powers to resolve this. We must take action now! If we don’t act now, we will risk all of Arabia waging war on Israel, Israel getting desperate, and Israel launching a few nukes! I’m sorry, but I see no reason in risking the lives of
civilians, a huge war in the Middle East, and or a nuclear holocaust. Killing civilians is wrong and it is terror. If we are going to do nothing about this, we have no motive in our war on terror. WE MUST GET AGGRESSIVE NOW!
