| What we are for, in detail: |
|
Small Business:
We believe that small businesses should be allowed, and helped, to flourish. Small Businesses greatly help to create jobs, and make the economy go around. Freedom of Religion: All religions should be allowed to flourish, but of course, the people's rights must not be violated. Even so, this doesn't mean that religions should be banished. Socialism: It is important to give to those that can not do things themselves. This goes for the impoverished that can't work (or find work), and the elderly. Alternative Fuels: Fossil fuels are running short, and so is our clean air. Hybrid cars and alternative fuel cars are needed to ensure travel and environmental stability. Mass Transit: In American towns and cities, traffic is becoming (and has been) a major problem. Because of this, something needs to be done. One possible solution is the broadening of mass transit. Trains, subways, busses, and so on, in larger numbers (and more convenient) can really help this country get places faster, cheaper, and more efficiently. Environmental Protection: As of right now, we have Earth, and that is it. Even so, the environment is getting wrecked. Because of this, measures need to be taken to slow environmental degradation. Our forests must be protected, as our resources. But, it is sometimes necessary to find new resources, and in these cases, the pros and cons of each adventure must be taken into consideration. Total Equality: As of now, people aren't totally equal. We all have labels; whether it be race, religion, size, sex, or so on. We aim to nullify this division. People should be hired, accepted, and so on based on one's qualifications and presentation. Even so, we see the need to make reference to race, sex, et cetera for some things, such as medical tendencies, but people should not be elevated or degraded because or physical attributes. True Freedom: Now a days, the government is making laws, some that should never have been introduced. The role of the government is to make sure that people's rights are not violated, and help the country to run safely and efficiently. This does NOT mean that morality should be turned into law (unless people's rights are being violated). This means that if someone wants to make a mature manga, comic, magazine, movie, et cetera, they can. It may not be "moral" by many, but in fact, it is not violating anyone's rights because people (of age) can choose to buy the content. |
